Tapping & Breathwork Come Together

This experience blends two evidence-informed, body-based practices - EFT tapping and conscious breathwork to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner connection.
EFT tapping gently works with the body’s stress response, helping signal safety to the nervous system and soften emotional or physical tension. Breathwork supports regulation and release through conscious breathing, allowing emotions and sensations to move through the body without needing to analyze or relive the story.
Together, these practices create a calm, supportive container for deeper release and integration without overwhelm.

This is a 4-week online EFT tapping experience created specifically for women navigating the emotional and physical shifts of perimenopause and midlife.
If you’ve been feeling more reactive, more anxious, more exhausted or simply not quite like yourself - you’re not alone. Hormonal changes impact your nervous system, mood, sleep, body image, and self-trust. This group offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and learn how to regulate what feels overwhelming.
Over four weeks, we focus on nervous system regulation, the hormone–mood connection, body image and sleep challenges, self-compassion, and building inner strength. Through guided EFT tapping, gentle education, reflection, and community support, you’ll gain practical tools to calm emotional intensity and feel more steady in your body.
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping you feel like yourself again.
You don’t have to power through midlife.
