These one-hour EFT sessions are open to anyone ready to pause, reset, and reconnect. Whether you're continuing your healing journey or exploring tapping for the first time, this is a supportive space to release what’s weighing you down and restore your inner calm. The appointment will be 1.5 hours to add time for a discovery discussion. To book this you must have a 15 minute consult first.
